韓律師立即在電(dian)話中給出了耐心細(xi)致的解答:“按照山(shan)東省人力(li)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源社(she)會(hui)保障廳《關(guan)(guan)于(yu)延遲省內企業(ye)(ye)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的緊(jin)急通知》要求延遲復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的企業(ye)(ye),在延遲復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)間的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付(fu),參照《山(shan)東省企業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付(fu)規(gui)(gui)定》關(guan)(guan)于(yu)停(ting)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、停(ting)產期(qi)間工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付(fu)相關(guan)(guan)規(gui)(gui)定執行,即企業(ye)(ye)在一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付(fu)周期(qi)內的,按照勞動合同規(gui)(gui)定的標準(zhun)支付(fu)勞動者工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi);過(guo)一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付(fu)周期(qi)的,企業(ye)(ye)應(ying)當按照不低于(yu)當地最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)的70%支付(fu)勞動者基(ji)本(ben)生(sheng)活費。”
